UPS/FedEx Shipments: We will use the most efficient service for your items and location. Contact us if you have issues with a particular carrier.
USPS Shipments: We are experiencing issues with USPS tracking not updating after being picked up from our location. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we cannot provide any updates outside of what USPS tracking provides. If you have not received your item after 5-7 business days please contact us so that we can open an inquiry.
In-Store Pickup: You will receive a separate "shipping confirmation" email (NOT your order confirmation email) to let you know your order is ready to be picked up. Your order has NOT been shipped. Please visit our shop during normal business hours to retrieve your order. Please DO NOT come to pick up your order if you have not received an email saying your order is ready to be picked up. If you need your order shipped, please do not select In-Store Pickup.
Free Shipping Items: If your item is eligible for free shipping, you will find the free shipping option in the list on the next page. If any item in your cart does not qualify for free shipping then this option will not be available.
NEED IT FAST? Contact us before placing your order if you need it by a certain date to obtain a shipping quote and arrival date for expedited services. IMPORTANT: UPS & FedEx no longer guarantee any service other than Next Day or Early AM services. Orders utilizing 2-Day service or slower may not meet their delivery window and there are no shipping refunds in this case. Also note that some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer or are made to order and may have significant lead times. Standard orders take between 2-7 business days of transit time depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Special Notice: Some items may be delayed due to vendor stock availability, production delays, inventory shortages, and carrier delays. Please carefully review the product availability status on each item before submitting your order. Contact us before ordering if you have a hard deadline for receiving your order to ensure that everything is in stock. Complimentary split shipping for in-stock items is available upon request.
PO BOX/APO Addresses: Orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address MUST be shipped using USPS Postal Service. If another carrier is selected at checkout, additional charges may apply and your shipping method will automatically be changed to USPS.
