It's all built in, has the thermostat, gasket and housing all in one. NOTE: Mazda changed the housing on some early NCs, please provide the manufacture date of your Miata. This can be found on the decal on the drivers door jam. Replaces LF70-15-170 LF53-15-170 L336-15-170
