The color of the clips is closer to light brown than it is to tan. Side by side, the difference is obvious, but shouldn’t otherwise be apparent. At first, I thought they had sent the wrong part. But  still, they were less than half the cost per piece than the two dealers I checked. However the dealers sell in quantities as low as one, whereas here you have to buy a quantity of twenty. But either way, it beats the heck out of trying to find them in a salvage yard.

Edited: While writing my review of the tan carpet clips, I discovered that a customer doesn’t have to buy the set of 20. You also sell them individually. Feel free to add the foregoing as an addendum to my comment. I don’t want to be putting bad information out there.
